Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you your banner(s) within 3 working days (we do not work on Sundays and some holidays).If we can not deliver in 3 working days we will refund your full order.
A working email address is required when placing your order. All orders will be sent via e-mail attachments and upload to a FTP location for download.
Banners-studio.com reserves the rights to make all final decisions regarding banner design.Banners-studio.com can refuse to honor any order and can cancel an order without giving a reason.100% amount will be refunded in such cases.

How To Place An Order

Step 1 - Describe Your Banner
Provide information regarding your banner(s).Fill up the detailed order form. It is here that you can provide detailed instructions on what you want for your banner.Include Text(s) to be specified on banner.If you want to rotate few lines of text on banner specify them.If you are placing order for more than 1 banner ,specify the details for each banner.You can also specify the Sample banners you like from our website or from anywhere else.Give the URL of your website(s) so our experts can understand your needs better.We will contact you by email if we have any questions.

Step 2 - Make Payment
We accept payments by paypal , E-gold Or bank Wire transfer(For Bulk orders Only).
If you wish to pay by paypal or bank Wire transfer email us before.

Your personal & business information will be treated with the highest degree of respect. They will not be sold nor distributed to 3rd parties except if we are required to do so pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process and will only be kept in our files for reference purposes.
